DeepCode researches the cybercrime forums, dark web marketplaces and Telegram channels to gather and distribute cyber intelligence. We capture and collate information about new malware and tactics to infiltrate corporate networks and mailboxes. This research is used by security companies and law enforcement to generate indicators of compromises. More importantly, our research focuses on understanding and detailing the threat actors, their motivations and their targeting rather than dumping large lists of IOCs. Our current clients receive detailed reports about Initial Access Brokers (IABs) and developers of malware, along with detailed technical reports of how the malware works and its capabilities from an operator’s point of view. Every month, we review forums and report on new developments in the cybercrime scene.
